Indian Christian Entrepreneurs, hereinafter referred to as ICE, is a platform for Christian business owners and professionals to connect with potential customers, and collaborators, who are looking for product suppliers, service providers and professionals. Entities listed on this website, whether business establishments or professional occupations will be herein broadly referred to as businesses. Business owners are offered several services through the website, such as business directory services, webpage services and advertising services.
Limitations of Liabilities
ICE does not own, partner with or represent any of the businesses listed on this website, nor does it review, endorse or validate the accuracy or reliability of any of the information, content or advertisements displayed, distributed or linked through, downloaded or accessed from any of the businesses or professions contained on the website; nor the authenticity, quality or warranty, expressed, implied or claimed, of any products, services, information or other materials displayed, purchased, obtained or availed by the user as a result of a business listing, advertisement, or any other information, or any offer in connection with the products and services provided by businesses or professions listed on the website. ICE shall in no way be responsible or liable for the outcome of any business relationships formed or transactions undertaken, including any kind of profits or losses incurred, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind whatsoever, pursuant to using or accessing the website, media and any other online or offline platforms created and managed by ICE.

ICE shall, in no way, at any point in time, be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions or representations on any of the pages, or on any external links on any of the pages, on the website, or for any consequences if any business owner or professional has submitted false information, advertising or other material, or misrepresented themselves and their business or profession in any manner whatsoever. ICE is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, legality, copyright, compliance or decency of information contained in business listings or advertisements in this website. Although the acceptance of business listing details on the website is subject to ICE Managing Committee discretion, it does not accept any liability whatsoever in respect of any business listing, webpages or advertisements displayed.
Privacy Policy
Users are advised to exercise discretion while using this website, and to verify the veracity of all information on their own before undertaking any alliance, business relationship or transaction. Business listing details, online links, advertisements or offers are imparted by the business owners or professionals, and could possibly direct you to sites containing content or information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate.If any advertisement is found to contain in-appropriate material, you are requested to bring it to our attention immediately so as to aid in resolving such matters that do not reflect our core Christian values.
ICE does not undertake any kind of validation checks or reviews related to any business owner or professional’s authenticity or credibility, at any time, and hence it is expected, understood and agreed that users of this website are solely responsible to undertake their own due diligence before developing a business relationship or transaction with any business or profession listed in the website.
Fees, Cancellations and Refunds
Christian business owners and professionals, aged 18 and above, are offered the opportunity to list their business or profession, free of charge, at their own discretion on the website, by voluntarily submitting their personal and business information through the online registration form, while reading and accepting this disclaimer and user agreement. All information provided to ICE, including information exchanged through electronic communication, is considered to be neither privileged nor confidential.
This website has features of a web-portal, wherein activated users are issued with a password protected login to access their business console. Businesses receive their own unique webpage once listed on the website, and are able, at their discretion, to edit most of their details, or delete their account together with all the listed details. They are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of their passwords, login and account information.
All Free Listing businesses, may at any time opt to upgrade to Prime listing for a subscription fee. Prime Listing businesses would be entitled to extra features in addition to the benefits of all the features available for free listing businesses. Prime listing subscriptions are renewable at the fees prevailing as on the date of renewal. Payments received for prime listings are non-refundable under any circumstances, once the prime listing is activated. Prime listing cannot be cancelled once availed, however, businesses are free to choose to automatically revert back to free listing status once the subscription term is over, by not renewing the prime listing subscription.
All free and prime listings will have the ability to advertise on the website in the Classified Advertisements section of the website. Free and Premium advertising options are available, where premium advertising is available at a fee. Payments received for premium advertising are non-refundable under any circumstances, once the premium advertisement is activated.
Security
All users access the website at their own risk, in all respects. ICE makes no warranty that the contents of the website are free from infection by viruses or anything else which has contaminating or destructive properties and shall have no liability in respect thereof. Users are responsible to ensure their devices accessing the website, are protected at all times using appropriate security software.
The website may use third party and other tracking technologies such as cookies, log files, scripts and pixel tags to automatically collect information when users visit our website. Information that is collected and processed by these scripts includes, but may not be limited to, your IP address, which is used to determine your location, analyse website traffic, help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website, along with cookies to control the displaying of items and content.
Information regarding your browser, browsing activity and other technical specifications required to use our website may also be collected.
We use this information for various purposes such as, to maintain security, deliver content, enable user choices, improve our sites, and for marketing purposes.
ICE or third parties may use identifiers to generate certain kinds of site usage data, such as the number of visitors to our website. This information is used to understand how visitors use our site and therefore provide better services for you.
The website utilises Google Maps API to provide users the location of listed businesses.
Communication
ICE may, from time to time, send you email communications related to your ICE account, or offers for advertising your business or profession, or any other required communication.
Revision & Updates
ICE reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation, to change, amend or update, replace or remove website content in part or in whole, add, enable, disable or delete accounts, or shut down, or disable the website, temporarily or permanently, including the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, should the need arise due to any infringement, violation, constraint or any reason. ICE may also amend this disclaimer and user agreement from time to time and publish on the website. These amendments may be made without any notice to you and apply to your next usage of the website. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review this agreement in which case, your continued use of the website after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
